By downloading, installing, or using Ring Widget ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Ring Widget is an application that displays health and wellness data from your Oura Ring in convenient home screen widgets. The App requires an active Oura account and an Oura Ring device.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

Ring Widget offers both subscription-based and one-time purchase options to unlock premium features:

• Monthly Premium: Auto-renewable subscription billed monthly
• Annual Premium: Auto-renewable subscription billed yearly
• Lifetime Premium: One-time purchase with permanent access

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices may vary by region and currency. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing & Canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to premium features until then.

Refunds: No refund is provided for the unused portion of any subscription period. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

To use the App, you need:

• An iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch
• An active Oura account
• An Oura Ring paired with your Oura account
• Internet connection for data synchronization

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Oura's API to retrieve your health data. Your use of Oura services is subject to Oura's Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and API Agreement. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Oura terms. We are not responsible for Oura's services, their availability, or any changes to their API.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Bc. Aliaksandr Drankou and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

8. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• The App is not a medical device and should not be used for medical decisions
• Data displayed may not always be accurate or up-to-date
• Ring Widget is not affiliated with or endorsed by Oura Health Oy
• We make no warranties regarding Oura's services, data accuracy, or API availability

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bc. Aliaksandr Drankou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Data Usage Restrictions

We will not sell, license, or share your health data obtained through the Oura API with advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features
• Keep your Oura account credentials secure
• Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and revoking access in your Oura account settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.

15. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain all mandatory consumer protection rights granted under EU law and the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
