For connection, refresh, widget, purchase, or restore problems, include your Apple platform, operating-system version, Ring Widget version, the widget size and metric involved, and a short list of steps that reproduces the issue. Screenshots are welcome when they do not expose private health information. Never email an Oura password, authorization token, or Apple account credentials.
Privacy and data requests
Use the same address for questions about the privacy policy, requests relating to personal data, or concerns about app and website analytics. Describe the request clearly and identify the country whose privacy law applies. Ring Widget cannot retrieve health data stored only on a user's device and will never ask for account credentials to process a privacy request.
Accessibility, media, and partnerships
Accessibility feedback, responsible security reports, press questions, and relevant partnership proposals are also welcome. Include a descriptive subject line and any deadline that matters. Unsolicited requests for health data, user records, or account access cannot be fulfilled through this address.
